Karen Budd-Andersen – General Manager

Karen oversees all facets of the BSF Group and has over 15 years experience in business management and retail/ office/ professional centre fitouts across Australia. Karen has and continues to evolve the organization to ensure that the client needs are always priority one. Karen maintains an active interest in all clients, staff and the jobs being completed, as well as keeping a keen eye on international fitout trends and potential innovations that can be introduced into the Australian market.

Stan Lewis – Managing Director

As the original founder of BSF, Stan has over 50 years experience within business management and the retail/ office/ professional centre fitout market. During this time Stan has helped to establish and maintain key client relationships with many companies including Retravision, Supa News, Pets Paradise, Billy Baxter, Betta Group etc, as well as building a company committed to providing quality fitouts on time and on budget. As the Managing Director of BSF, Stan provides strategic direction, market knowledge and a voice of experience which continues to help the business to provide five star client service.

Lester Lewis – New Business Development

Lester is a fully qualified tradesperson with over 20 years experience in team management, fitout manufacturing and installation. This experience makes Lester the ideal person to manage the development of new business for BSF. Lester works very closely with key staff within both BSF QLD and BSF NSW to ensure that customers get what they need when they need it.

Justin Starkey - Business Manager BSF NSW

Justin has over 10 years experience with selling, manufacturing, installing and project managing a wide range of fitouts all throughout Australia. This experience makes Justin and his team the right people to talk to for all of your retail fitout needs within NSW and VIC. Justin has worked directly with many major clients including Telstra, Levi's, Borders, Supanews, Angus & Robertson and Godfreys and has strong relationships within many retail shopping centres within NSW. Justin promises and delivers five star customer service everytime.

Mat Brady - Operations Manager. Dip. Business (FLM)

Mat is a fully qualified tradesperson with over 15 years experience in team management, joinery manufacturing and installation. This experience makes Mat the ideal person to oversee the complete BSF retail and office fitout manufacturing and installation areas of the business. Mat recognizes the importance of maintaining quality standards at all levels and the need for accurate and regular communication on all jobs at all times, and demands these standards form his whole team.

Peter Gulley – Assoc.Dip.Sc.(Bld), Dip.Bld.Tech. Sales & Marketing Manager

Peter has over 20 years experience with selling, manufacturing, installing and project managing a wide range of fitouts all throughout Australia. This experience gives Peter the knowledge and expertise to manage a dynamic team of 8 Relationship Manager, Designers and Estimators. Peter has worked directly with many major clients including Price Attack, Koorong Books, Allphones, Procuts, Amcal, Harvey World Travel, Just Cuts, QUT, Brazilian Beauty and a number of pharmacy and medical centre groups. Peter strives to ensure that all client expectations are met or exceeded, and that all first time clients become long term relationships.

Richard Wiseman – Relationship Consultant

Richard has 15 years experience in the joinery and cabinetmaking industry, specializing in the retail/office fit out market. He has a vast amount of experience in client & project management, and product design & manufacture. Since working with the BSF Group Richard has developed a solid client base with some recent clients including Bay Audio, Blink Optical, The Tea Centre, Travelscene and Orange Sherbet.

Tim Lever – Relationship Consultant (Franchise Retail & Office Fitouts)

Tim has over 10 years experience in project and relationship management within the BSF Group working directly with large and small franchise groups and larger business operators requiring retail and office fit outs. Tim has an eye for detail and will ensure your needs as a client are met on time every time. Tim has more recently worked with clients including Price Attack, Pets Paradise, Billy Baxter and Supanews.

Paul Tanner – Project Coordinator

Paul has 20 years of sales and project management experience within the construction and building industry, including retail/office/domestic fit out markets. Paul provides essential project support to the whole sales team, to ensure all projects undertaken are managed carefully within BSF and finished on time and on budget every time.
