To provide the right medical/specialist/pharmacy/professional fitout solution for your needs, BSF follows a structured five (5) stage process;

Stage 1 – Concept Development: Before any development work can commit it is critical that BSF fully understands your needs in a number of key areas. This involves an initial Free consultation to allow us to fully understand your requirements in the following areas; Look & Feel, Budget Range, Timeframe, Location/Layout, and Operational/ Centre /Other Requirements. From this information we can provide you with a Concept Overview which will confirm our understanding of your requirements and provide a ballpark estimate and confirmation that timeframe required is achievable. |

Stage 2 – Concept Finalisation & Commitment: Once you accept the Concept Overview, we will then create concept drawings and plans (as required) and a full quotation for completion of the job as specified. Once you are completely happy with the drawn plans and quotation detail we request your approval to proceed. |

Stage 3 – Quality First Manufacture: BSF prides itself on providing on-time, on budget quality medical/professional fitouts. For this reason we have a three stage quality first manufacturing process which closely monitors and checks quality standards at these stages; 1.Job Drawing & Material Cutting, 2.Job Assembly, and 3.Job Finishing & Dispatch. |

Stage 4 - Hassle Free Installation: To ensure a smooth and on time installation of your medical/professional fitout, BSF develops a complete project installation plan for each job and remains in daily contact with BSF manufacturing and the client to ensure the fitout is installed in line with the client timing needs. All sub contractors used for installation work have been certified with BSF and are monitored by BSF employed project managers overseeing and managing your fitout job. For your convenience, we offer both evening and weekend installation to minimize centre downtime. |

Stage 5 - Client Satisfaction Handover: Once installation is complete a formal Client Satisfaction Handover will occur where the job is formally handed over to you. At this stage we will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the fitout noting down any defects, variations, or other requirements for immediate completion. At this stage the job is regarded as practically complete, with any additional variations agreed accordingly. |
